17. Infrastructure:
23.1   Classes:
The School shall have double streams from class 1 – 7 in the first stage of development; to begin with and this may grow to six streams depending on the demand within the community. The number of pupils per class shall not exceed 40 pupils.       
         
23.2    Library:
The School shall have a Library that shall be available to the community as well for use. The Library shall be big enough to get a capacity of 150 persons at a goal.

23.3    Science Labs:
Science labs shall be available to offer learning support in enhancing and facilitating Science skills.

23.4    Home Economics:
Children shall acquire home management skills that shall equip them with the necessary skills in managing their homes and taking care of their families.

23.5    Computer Lab:
In order to keep up with technological development; the pupils shall gain some Information Technology skills while in school. The pupils shall be able to upon completion of the Primary course manipulate a lot of programmes on a computer.

23.6    Sports Complex:
The school shall possess a Sports complex where all the different sports skills shall be taught; this shall help in promoting skills beneficial in developing inherent talents.

23.7    Art Room:
The school shall have an Art room where pupils’ artistic skills shall be developed and sustained. Pupils who are gifted in Art shall be given more practice so that their skills are developed and strengthened. There shall be a lot of practice given to the pupils so that they improve their skills and become renowned in the areas of their gifting.

23.8    Staffroom:
There shall be a staff room where teachers shall carry on their plans in their daily preparations.

23.9    Administrative Offices:
The school shall have an administration block where administrative tasks shall be carried on. There shall be the Directors office, Head teacher’s office, Deputy Head teacher’s office and Academic teacher’s office. The teacher’s shall as well have offices where counseling and guidance shall be conducted.

23.10 Hall:
The school shall have a multi purpose hall where various activities ranging from examinations to various functions shall be carried out. The hall should have a sitting capacity of 1000 people.


23.11 Boarding Facilities:
The school shall have both girls and boys hostels to accommodate pupils who shall be coming from distant places. The accommodation shall be constructed to accommodate 500 pupils when in full board.

23.12 Kitchen Facilities:
There shall be some kitchen facilities that will be ideal in the preparation of food for both pupils and staff. The Kitchen shall be equipped with modern equipment used in food preparation and storage.

23.13 Houses:
There shall be two staff houses constructed within the school’s vicinity to accommodate teaching staff.

24     SOURCE OF FUNDS AND TECHNICAL ADVICE:
The funds for running and operating the school shall come from the following projects:

24.1      PROPOSED SOURCE OF FUNDING:
The school will fund shillings 50,000,000/= out of the first phase of the project costs of shillings 600,000,000/= the balance of shillings 550,000,000/= will be obtained from donors and financial institutions in terms of soft loans or grant.

24.2    Business Projects:
Integrity School shall be involved in running business projects such as mining, stationery, farming, pastoralism, poultry and piggery, farming and selling of mitumbas and the like to ensure that funds are raised through all the available resources to run the school.

24.3    Donations:
The School shall look and scout for donors from both the local and international community and shall mobilize them to raise the funds.

24.4    Fund raising campaigns:
The school shall venture as and when necessary into fundraising projects which shall mobilize parents and the community to donate towards the school.

24.5    Loans:
The school shall seek for loans from the financial institutions and shall put such loans in ensuring that a viable learning atmosphere is created, and in income generating projects like the ones stated above.

24.6    School Fees:
The School fees that parents will be paying though a meager contribution considering the objectives of this institution shall be another source of income.

25     TECHNICAL ADVICE:
The school is expecting to get the closure advice from the District Education Office, experienced neighbouring schools, Regional Education Office and from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.

26     MONITORING AND EVALUATION

26.1        MONITORING AND INSPECTION:
Through follow up on the Academic progress will be done by the School Committee, School Board, the Headmaster/mistress and teachers.

Inspection from the Educational Inspectorate should be encouraged regularly to ensure the good use of the syllabus, teaching and learning materials, other Educational rules and regulations and for the provision of technical advice.

26.2        EVALUATION:
The evaluation should be done regularly by applying evaluation tools such as class assessments, tests, and examinations. This should be done weekly, monthly, termly and annually. With this trend of Education evaluation we hope to have best pupils academically and socially.
